Jen you probably have more on this but it looks like POTUS just said he found out HRC was using her personal email when he saw it in the news.

Well does old Comey & Co. know about this? Could this be part of why the chickenshit said she wasn't going to be charged? Because the boss knew she was a lying snake the entire time.

Old Hopey Changey pretty much lied about everything
for the last 8 years.
And I would hazard a guess, that if anyone really investigated his background prior, there would be a lot of BS included.

Particularly the 'Constitutional Scholar' part. It's pretty iffy
that he's even read it if you judge by what he says and does.

What is that? To gain 'street cred' with the unwashed masses?
I assume his 'organizing' didn't get his brogues wet. We know he doesn't wear 'comfortable shoes'.

Remember the hole in the bottom of his shoe?
We should have seen right through that one.
Obama read the constitution, looking for loopholes.
Thanks Mort Sahl who said that of Nixon.

I never paid much attention to that
But recently ran across this Michael Trimm video, where he "takes apart" the document, finding that the text is "layered" in certain areas. Whatever the truth is about this, I don't think it's what's been put out there. I don't know who or what Barack Obama is, but IMO the truth is NOT what it's been purported to be. That laugh when he mocks about election fraud is every bit as sickening as HER cackle. Supposedly, the two detest one another, that may be, but they are certainly far more alike than different.
I'm not talking about the ridiculous circus
surrounding his citizenship, but rather the Life Story as presented in his (2?) books.

True, but it now
makes one think, maybe, what with 8 years to evaluate Obama, that ol' Oily may have been right. And, there's not much worse than Oily being right.

This is Mills direct statement:
How many things could that possibly mean, in this context?
This story better be getting legs, this is ridiculous. They're doing everything but flashing fucking neon lights to display the words UNLAWFUL COVER UP. Good grief....
This non-reaction by the press and
Our government to traitorous behavior, fraud, massive corruption, and lies by the outgoing and incoming presidents is the most obvious indication that sometime before Obama and Clinton, a "soft coup" took place, right before our eyes, but nobody knows anything about it?
It did. But, it's been
transpiring since Reagan (if not before). We've witnessed it "blossom" ("sometime before Obama and Clinton") before our very eyes, but the perps will never acknowledge the fact beyond the winks and nods (and fuck you 99ers).

This story is starting to get legs!!!
Read this story from the NYT's from just 5 hours ago. It cuts right to the heart of the matter! Crooks, every last one of them.

“Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we.”
George W. Bush
Don't bet on it.
The NYT is Clinton campaign central, shilling for Hill since last year. I read the article, and the last paragraphs minimized Obama's role in the emails, stating that he was "unaware" of how Clinton set up her server, and was assured that she knew what she was doing. Lots of "Oh, look Russia is messing with the election" stories today, as usual.
But it probably stirred up a hornets nest in the House
and if the Repubs retain it, I think we're in for some interesting times.

And Trump has already come out and said
that Obama needs to be investigated over this just a few hours ago. I sure hope Wikileaks keeps dumping this stuff. The deflection of "The Russians are Coming" is going to wear thin very quickly!

Not at all surprised!
Of course the Secretary of State is going to email most people at the upper levels of the administration sooner or later. And when it doesn't come from state.gov, duh, she's not using the State Department email system. Of course they knew. If I get an email from "Barack Obama" and he wants me to move to DC for an important job, I'm not even moving from my chair before I verify that email address. Nobody was that stupid to accept emails from "HRC" without knowing it's really her email address first. At which point they realize it's not the state.gov account. I might buy that the 70-year-old didn't half know what she was doing with this newfangled technology stuff. But Obama's younger than me and I know simple email safety. If he accepted email from some weird address that purported to be Hillary Clinton and accepted that without question and without noticing the address, then he probably put Nigerian prince money into his bank account.

It's beyond his control
From what I understand Obama doesn't manage his email whitelist, that's done by staff/ secret service. He can't claim it slipped under his radar, and not because he would have had to add her to his contacts. She would have to submit her contact info to the secret service and in a few days her emails would start to go through to the POTUS. Who signs off on allowing a non-goverment email address to be added to the whitelist? Yellen?
“He may not have gotten the words out but the thoughts were great.”
He sent and received emails from the wretch. He lied. He knew.
Now he can't deny covering for her. But it's too late to do any good now.

I don't know. Election Day is going to be very interesting.
Early voting is running high for Hill, but as more and more emails are leaked, more and more will be fed up. Trump is imploding, so they won't vote for him either.
I'm voting for Jill. While I don't really think she'll beat Hill, one never knows. Might depend on how bad Hill's reputation is smeared in the next two weeks. But I will bet that third parties will receive record high numbers of votes. I certainly hope so! Show them that they're losing loyalty fast.

Except for the really, really stupid
no one wants either of the lying crooks. This whole election should be against the law - not that it would matter anyway.
"Religion is what keeps the poor from murdering the rich."--Napoleon
All you say is true. I want everyone to remember, though,
that "email account" and "email server" are two very different things. It was not only that she had her own email account, as most of us have; it was that she had her own server, which not many of us have. I underscore this because (1) The Hillaries have tried very hard to focus people on "email account" and (2) heard a voter being interviewed the other day be very dismissive of the importance of Hillary's having a "her own Yahoo account," as the voter put it. So, I know The Hillarys have achieved a degree of conflation success.
Of course it is. I'm not stupid. But if he knew she was using a
non-governmental email account so I imagine he might begin to wonder what else the sleazoid was up to. Not to give her away, of course. He's cover-up and lie kinda guy. But he sure seems to be pushing her down our throats. Maybe that's the deal, he lies and in return she pushes through his trade agreements and tries to 'fix' the ACA. He knows her. We know her. We know that there's nothing too low that she won't stoop to if she thinks its in her best interests. He knew she was up to something. He had to. So he's as responsible for this as she is. He had a duty to KNOW what was going on. He's the one that set up the directive to only used a dot.gov account for official business. And the FOIA requirements stand 'speak for themselves'.

Actually, I intended to reply to Elena Carlena, but
clicked in the wrong place. I did not intend to imply she (or anyone else) is stupid, though. Or to make any statement about Obama.
But, yes, the head of the Democratic Party is pushing the nominee of the Democratic Party down our throats. After all, that is the role of the head of the Party in this charade. On the other side, Mitt did abrogate his role, but Reince Priebus carries on.
Even if it weren't Obama's role, even if he didn't owe the Party for living like a sultan for the past 8 years and looking forward to becoming really rich soon--Clinton rich- I believe it was part of the deal Obama and Hillary made in 2008, when her PUMAs were breathing down his throat: She and her husband would campaign for Obama in 2008, support him throughout and not challenge him in 2012; she'd be Secretary of State or VP; and he'd do all he could to get her elected in 2016. (That's my theory and I'm sticking to it.)
I haven't much use for either of them, but certainly less for criminal Hillary (and lying, lecherous Bill) than for Obama.
Of course U didn't imply or mean to imply that anyone was stupid
The difference is a point worth noting however. Sending top secret info through any email that wasn't .gov would probably still be a problem, no?
"Religion is what keeps the poor from murdering the rich."--Napoleon
It suggests that there might be other problems, that's for
damn sure. And it was her non-dot.gove email that led to find all her little short cuts and shenanigans. It wasn't a path of bread crumbs, it was a path of Clinton malfeasance a mile wide.
Her track record of lies and deceptions is common knowledge. Isn't Obama SUPPOSED to know what his SOS is doing? Isn't he supposed to ask questions when something not-at-all kosher crosses his desk? Or is saber rattling trade deals all President Hopey-Changey is good for? Beside pimping for the NSA and the 1%, that is?

People who dismiss her using her personal account for work
have never worked with confidential information. I worked as a medical transcriptionist for decades, so to me even "just" an extra email account is a very big deal. Even working at home as a transcriptionist, I would use the assigned email account through a VPN because my personal account was not secure. I might put something personal on a work email account - if I didn't mind all of IT reading it - like going out after work or some such. But I would never put work information on my personal email account. That's a potential HIPAA violation. Nobody would send info to my personal account for the same reason. Not only could Hill have released classified info doing it her way, so could everyone who emailed her. Incredibly careless.
Please check out Pet Vet Help, consider joining us to help pets, and follow me @ElenaCarlena on Twitter! Thank you.
I don't dismiss either one, but think both should be mentioned.
Most Americans have at least one email account and just don't see having one's own email account as a big deal, which is why Hillbots try to keep them focused on "email," rather than "server."
I agree. It's worse than just an extra account, it's the server.
I'm just saying that those who dismiss the use of that account as not a big deal are also wrong. The Hillbots take a two-pronged approach to minimize and neither is minimal.

This is exactly the point
they are steering us away from. "It's the server, stupid!" must be our mantra.
"The “jumpers” reminded us that one day we will all face only one choice and that is how we will die, not how we will live." Chris Hedges on 9/11
Assume he knew.
I think he must have noticed at some point. Wouldn't this address look different from everyone else's?
He could have found out at any time, so HRC had to cover that case. She can't prevent it.
So I think she let him know in advance and he signed off on it. Just don't see her putting it in his face like that without asking first.
To me the questions are: 1.What reason did she give him? 2) Why didn't he just say"no"?
It's been apparent for a while you can't believe either one. Nothing new there. So we may never know why, but it was more important to them than the law or the security of the country.
All for Her "convenience"? Maybe! (and isn't that something!)

Politicians can't be trusted, New Democrats least of all.
Republicans were always up front about being all about the 1%. New Democrats, needing both older voters, who remember Democrats like LBJ, and newer Democrat voters, have had to dissemble.

when he communicated with Hillary Clinton via email. So he knew but was trying to hide his tracks.
