it really is all about the photographer's eye - granted there are things that need expensive kit but it is surprising just how much doesn't.
Have a great time in England and I am jealous - meant to make it back this year but it doesn't look like that is going to happen now. What part are you aiming for and will you catch any soccer games? Not sure when the season proper starts but there will no doubt be pre season friendlies going on now.

A circle of candy
This is a bowl turned by an online friend who gifted this bowl & another little dish to me for sending a box of plantings from my gardens for his mom who admired my blooms. His turnings are extraordinary. I shall post a link to his amazing work soon. I should also mention he is an excellent photographer
. I mean excellent.

Steve
Your photo posts, over the last few months, have made me think a great deal about achieving things with old or cheap cameras.
I have a really old digital, and a really cheap digital.
Thanks for your inspiration. Off to England in a week. Hopefully I can find something to shoot, in between family business.

Great to see your work again. The parasol painting looks very familiar but I can't quite place it.

The parasol painting hangs in my daughter-in-laws dining room.
A copy, I`m sure, but that`s my only clue about it.
