I had to turn this off for a number of reasons. I feel that the apparent endorsement for HRC is a direct insult to my intelligence. As my friends in New York & New Jersey would say, "Hey, platform this!"

Strategic, but to what end? IMO, every time he utters
the words, 'Hillary understands,' I would imagine that many (low information) voters will interpret that to mean that 'Hillary has your back,' or 'she is fighting for you'--her campaign slogan.
Also, IMO, this rhetoric serves to give FSC and the Dem Party a great deal of wiggle-room.
If Bernie is going to 'hold her feet to the fire,' I think that he needs to assert--or at least, strongly imply--that FSC will get these policies passed and implemented.
Then we'd have a basis to say that she's broken faith, when she doesn't carry out the policies.
This way, you have nothing; since nothing is actually 'promised.'

free college tuition for families making less than 125,000/year. It's in the platform now. Bernie was happy with it as a compromise.
