Yeah, yeah, I know a lot of you think this is pure Conspiracy Theory (CT). But I don't. Maybe it's due my severely cynical and often bitter nature (I don't chew rocks for nothing). I will not regale you with all the alternate news videos on the topic. They are very easy to find on YouTube.

Just wanted to bring this all to everyone's attention if you hadn't seen it.

Cenk seems to be at his wit's end and burning out with having to defend a candidate he knows in his heart of hearts is a rancid embodiment of everything that's wrong with politics and everything he's been standing up to fighting against. But there's that shadow, that lurking monster around the corner, that big, plodding dunce coming for us..."We Must Defeat Trump."

The Existential Election

This election is being portrayed as an existential choice-- Do we want democracy? Or do we want fascism? The problem with this framing is that it presents a false choice. Democracy isn't actually on the table.

Princeton released a study characterizing the US as an oligarchy. And our political elites--those we charge with protecting democracy--agree.

Watching the slow death of About to Collapse Anyday (ACA) is like watching Hillary climb stairs. It's conclusion is inevitable but the process is painful. The deterioration is akin to rapidly advancing cancer where the patient gets emaciated and weaker, yet the doctors continue to pursue old-fashioned remedies. Remember leeches (no, not the ones in D.C.) but the truly blood-sucking riverine parasites?
