While Democrats continue to wait for Godot and the Mueller report, Ukraine's top prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko has opened a criminal investigation of a 2016 "illegal intrusion into the American election campaign".
They don’t even add up to proof of the non-crime of “collusion.”

I knew this would happen. The longer the Müller probe continued the more dirt would emerge about Democratic misdeeds, which are legion. In particular, we have the infamous piss portfolio, known as the Steele dossier.
A friend recently recommended that I take a look at an article by Molly McKew, "an expert on information warfare" entitled The Gerasimov Doctrine that was published by Politico last fall. The ominous subtitle of the piece is "It's Russia's new chaos theory of political warfare and it's probably being used on you." In the first paragraph McKew writes:
