Today's pointedly said to forward the information to all and sundry, or words to that effect. The event in question is No War 2017, a 3 day conference. This years theme is oriented toward uniting the anti-war and environmental movements. There will also be an emphasis on Activism

As the actual storm named Harvey moves out of state the drama and apocalyptic horrors left in it's aftermath move on apace. Today it is being reported that a huge explosion of an Ammonia plant in Crosby, TX just off Interstate 10 between Houston and New Orleans may well be unstoppable.

Today after some nights camping and during the day observing and photographing wildlife along the Pacific Coast Trail in Monterey to Big Sur, we passed the Republican Party offices in Monterey, California on our way out of town.
