To vote in these Closed primaries you must be registered as a Democrat and by the appropriate deadlines. Please refer to the deadlines for each state.

I just checked my state's rules to write in Bernie if Shrillary somehow manages to pick up the presidential nomination instead of him.

Okay, New York is Clinton's "home" state (at least one of them). She was elected and served as Senator for this state. It is a closed primary. The numbers are in her favor- according to all the polls. She has everything going for her to easily win this primary.
