Her slogan: Elect the Socialist money can't buy

Her latest effort:

Warmongering Democrat Adam Smith has voted again and again for billions of dollars to fund the genocide in Gaza. He has also voted repeatedly to ban funds from the United Nations' food distribution in Gaza, directly contributing to the mass starvation that has been taking place.

As Palestinians die and Gaza starves thanks to his actions, Smith is hosting a "Taste of the 9th" fundraiser, where Smith advises his invitees to "come hungry" in the context of the Gaza famine and this 21st century holocaust.

We are holding a protest outside Smith’s event to make our voices and the hunger of Palestinian people heard. Bring your pots and pans in solidarity with the people of Gaza.

WE DEMAND: End the genocide, all military aid to Israel, and the brutal occupations of Gaza and the West Bank.

Smith’s “Taste of the 9th” fundraiser should really be called a TASTE FOR GENOCIDE, since that is what he has demonstrated throughout these horrors taking place in Gaza.

In a tsunami of outrage, working people around the world are speaking out against the holocaust the Israeli ruling class is carrying out in Gaza, which has already killed nearly half a million Palestinians. Millions of people have engaged in protests demanding an end to Israel's assault.

In the United States, where the Democratic and Republican Parties have funded Israel’s atrocities every step of the way, less than a third of working people approve of the Israeli state’s actions in Gaza, a record low. Only nine percent of young Americans under the age of 35 approve.

This kind of in-your-face peace mongering has the virtue of being true.

Calling herself a socialist implies a party, but in her run for Congress she belongs to no existing party. Leaving that question aside, she is rabble rousing with direct action.

I will not be surprised if she draws a violent response to the pots and pans event, but you cannot fight the powers that be without fighting them.

Gandi and King resisted oppression with non-violent actions.

Were they naive? They both got bumped off.

Better to die that way than to do nothing at all as the Empire comes out of the closet.
