I get that everyone is disappointed and disgusted with how things have turned out with the DNC. However, those of us who have been around long enough can tell you that it was unlikely to have been different. The DNC is too entrenched to change. However, those of us who care can continue to fight and create a new party. We have a 2-party system and both need to be replaced. So let's replace it with something more in line with the common person. We have 4 years to build the structure for a progressive party (either a new one or a revamped existing one). Wipe your hands of the DNC, dust off your shoes and start on the next election cycle. We can mourn, but at the end of the day, we need to keep living if we really want to see the change happen. Please don't give up on changing our society and government. Let's keep looking for people like Bernie who can speak truth to power and are willing to run for office in order to serve all people instead of just the 1%.
