Yeah, it's a timeline thing
Booker's push for Kavanaugh vote delay called out over his 1992 column detailing teenage groping
“New Year's Eve 1984 I will never forget. I was 15. As the ball dropped, I leaned over to hug a friend and she met me instead with an overwhelming kiss. As we fumbled upon the bed, I remember debating my next 'move' as if it were a chess game,” Booker wrote in the student-run Stanford Daily newspaper in 1992.
“With the 'Top Gun' slogan ringing in my head, I slowly reached for her breast. After having my hand pushed away once, I reached my 'mark,’” he continued, without explaining what he meant by “mark.”
Full disclosure, I too have reached for a breast.
Yet
Top Gun was released in 1986...

Twas another time ...
Memory is a tricky thing. Booker was obviously thinking of a different breast-grabbing incident in which the theme from Top Gun played a role. Personally, I always think of the theme from A Fistful of Boobies when I reach for one.
I still remember
My first, lo those many years ago...I had no tune in my head.
Later, Dazed and Confused kept coming up. Go figure.
Sorry Ladies. It did take 2 though?

Sigh. The first time I had the opportunity to reach for a breast
I failed to muster the courage. Instead, my partner had to grip my hand and gently guide it towards the much dreamed about target.
kinda reminds me of when the republicans
went after WJC, and for a while it seemed like every week another one of them was resigning on account of extramarital affairs or whatnot.
