I caught that last night, and it was interesting. I liked her comparison of George Washington and T-rump as real estate con men. Listening to the news out of Gaza today made me think of the conversation too....basically putting people on reservations.

The whole history of the white nationalism, the co-opting of the NRA by them, gun ownership written into the original laws back to the 1600's, 2nd Amendment appeasement to the Southern slave states who used it to form slave patrols which then parlayed into racist policing and the Slavery By Another Name tactics of the post-Reconstruction period to use prison labor to literally build its cities and industries, the John Birch Society funded and started by Koch father and the Welch guy, and the Orange Buffoon's penchant for almost Leni Riefenstahl backdrops as he arrives for his rallies - is fascinating and disturbing.

Spurred me to take some notes for yet another essay.
