but we've heard most of it before in one way or another. I guess he's learning how to become a politician now, slinging pap instead of bigotry, this time. Oh to be a fly on the wall when he went in there though, I hope he got an earful on his hateful BS behind closed doors.

I loved how he stripped Bush bare, particularly about Iraq.

He now says he wants to improve Nafta rather than scrap it.

Before this election he was always good friends with the Clintons. I think he will get cancer or some other disease that forces his retirement should he win. Pence will be POTUS. The best outcome is a huge third party turnout, for either the Greens or the Libertarians, preferably both.

To make a good deal, you have to listen enough to know what the other party values. We may have a small chance with him, but we'll have none with Hillary. Whether he'll stand by what he said or not, those were good points.

I'd like to know what Mexico's president said.

And he went to Louisiana, with at least some supplies. A head of state needs to be seen out there when things are bad. The country needs it.

Jill is still best, of course.

The only promise he made that would improve anything is on Nafta, which he backing off on. Building a wall will not improve matters. There is already a fence.

Asking are you better off, is an argument for bringing back Bush and the Iraq war. I was also worse off after Bush than before. Establishment candidates always argue that angle.

Obama's Obamacare. In other words, not a chance it will go far enough and it will maintain the power/class hierarchy. Then it will fall apart and we'll be stuck with a lemon.

But I'd rather be stuck with a lemon than open pandora's box. And of course, I'd rather be eating a lemon creme cake than be stuck with a lemon. Or maybe a Green colored lime creme cake would be more fitting in this analogy...

He wants to dismantle the estate tax. That will not help the 99%. He represents the fire industry and profits from gentrifying middleclass and poor people out of New York City. For years he bragged of discouraging nonwealthy people from joining his golf club. Anyone who thinks this guy will follow through on policies to help middle class people, does not have common sense. He has been friends with the Clintons for years and bragged of voting for her.

He is a guy that said that he can deal with heads of state. This should have been an acrimonious meeting in Mexico, but it wasn't. I get the feeling that Trump will negotiate fairly with any head of state on the planet, and Hillary will hide her head in fear.unable to deal one-on-one with a powerful person. She would rather call them names and bomb them or impose sanctions, as she proved over and over again. She is worthless when it comes to the measure of a world class statesman. Despite the fact that I don't agree with much of Trump's policies, he may very well turn out to be a capable world class statesman. If so, then he can undo his primary fault, that he is an uncontrolled hothead, and appear statesmanlike to the American public. That's what turned the tide in Reagan v. Carter. Carter tried to marginalize Reagan by claiming that he was to extreme for America. At this point in the campaign then, Carter was way ahead of Reagan. Hillary's flaws are not fixable, Trump's are.

Capitalism has always been the rule of the people by the oligarchs. You only have two choices, eliminate them or restrict their power.
