I've read and seen a fair amount of commentary on George Soros, but I must have missed the news that some 20,000 of his Open Society Foundation emails were hacked. He has a handle on the puppet strings and can make 'em dance. Here's what called it to my attention (from Ed Schultz on RT)

Found within the WikiLeaks’ Hillary Clinton email archive is an email with the subject ‘Unrest in Albania,’ in which Soros makes clear to Clinton that “two things need to be done urgently.” He then directs the Secretary of State to “bring the full weight of the international community to bear on Prime Minister Berisha” and “appoint a senior European official as mediator.”

...Unsurprisingly, Clinton acquiesced and chose one of the officials recommended by Soros
