You look for patterns. You find them in behavior. Like Jeff Sessions "I can't recall." Like Donald Trump's "Believe me."
There are three patterns at work tonight. I call them patterns solely because they repeat themselves in the behavior of the subject.
Pattern 1: Roy Moore's being a creep as less important than eliminating Democrats from Congress.
Pattern 2: Donald Trump's complete capitulation to Vladimir Putin, obeying his will and parroting his desires.

Well well well
We are here, now. If you ever wanted to see that fictional dystopia, you're seeing it now.
Bernie is a win-win.
Each of us have our own dystopia theater
…playing in our heads — and they are all different. I don't get how scary Putin and creepy Roy Moore, both subjective fears over little effect, get grouped with a true dystopian reality like denying health care to certain Americans. We kill as many as 45,000 per year that way.
The looting of the nation and the American people — I agree is a pattern. I'd put that one on my own list of repeating patterns. I'd put increasingly hungry children in my dystopia list, too, because what kind of fucked up rich nation lets their children go hungry? That kind of sickness is a systemic corruption that runs through the entire body politic.
I don't know when those domestic dystopias will end; that requires a coalition of the people to declare a vision, when they can think clearly. But I'm pretty sure the battering of foreign nations by the US will halt in a timely fashion. And that will make all the difference in the world, I believe.

The pattern I see predicts the collapse of the Empire
...and really it can't come soon enough. Those who look can easily see. Those who stay in the darkness of our media landscape remain blind. So we roll on to the fall of the empire...and perhaps the extinction of our species.
