Last Friday Night Photos for 2016

Dull and grey here today, but here's Lake Itasca, source of the Mississippi, from a couple of years ago.

With the obligatory "Happy New Year", although the new year might not prove all that happy.

Those shots are from last year. Currently here in San Diego it's in the mid 50's and raining.

i took that picture in the late afternoon standing on the deck of the ferry that goes from port kent, ny to burlington, vt. - i recommend the trip, it's quite scenic and either morning or afternoon light will get you some really nice photos along the way.
