Just a reminder, here is the lol "Democratic" standard bearer

Trump degrades women, Hillary is no better and may even be worse as she should have some empathy for women (Real empathy not the fake crap she does in photo-ops)

So the next times someone says Trump is so disgusting you have to vote for Hillary, remind them of this.

Trump is vile, we all agree. the fact is that Hillary is also vile, but gets a pass on it! That's worse!

Thank you for this disgusting but timely reminder; that once you remove hillary's smoke and mirrors;she is as much of a champion for women and girls as was Henry Kissinger . . .

I had forgotten about that. Trump should squeeze that in an advert. From one rapist to another. Yep. In my mind that makes Hillary Clinton a rapist. A mental rapist.

The victim, with re-opened wounds, gave an angrier account to the Daily Beast in her recent interview: "When I heard that tape I was pretty upset," she said in the interview published today. "I went back to the room and was talking to my two cousins and I cried a little bit. I ain't gonna lie, some of this has got me pretty down. But I thought to myself, 'I'm going to stand up to her. I'm going to stand up for what I've got to stand up for, you know?"

However, that account leaves out a significant aspect of her defense strategy – attempting to impugn the credibility of the victim, according to a Newsday examination of court and investigative files and interviews with witnesses, law enforcement officials and the victim.

Rodham, records show, questioned the sixth grader’s honesty and claimed she had made false accusations in the past. She implied that the girl often fantasized and sought out “older men” like Taylor, according to a July 1975 affidavit signed “Hillary D. Rodham” in compact cursive…

Was pretty sickening. And Hillary's lies about the victims "penchant for older men" is about as odious as it gets, the picture above has the words "you wanted it, didn't you" in quotes, which led me to believe Hillary actually said those things to a 12 year old rape victim. I didn't see that quoted in the articles you linked.

and am still trying to find the court transcripts.

Even so what she said to her basically boiled down to that phrase.

Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.

A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.

The case never went to trial, and Shelton, as far as can be determined from the court documents that Free Beacon put online, never testified.

Even when testimony is taken down by a court reporter, the raw notes are usually not transcribed unless there is an appeal. Not likely when there is a guilty plea. There is typically a limited retention period. Even when notes are preserved, the court reporter who took them may be unavailable to transcribe them. Transcription by a different reporter impairs accuracy.

It is not documented. Even Kathy Shelton doesn't make this claim. She told Josh Rogin (then with Daily Beast, now with Washington Post) that she didn't recall ever meeting Hillary.

That seems like a no brainer, what with the kidnappings of girls, etc. but yet I've read that for some reason she and her State Department resisted the label, possibly having to do with the preferences of a Clinton Foundation donor that they don't.

Based on everything usually coming down to money where the Clintons are concerned, it made me wonder if perhaps aid or development dollars are proscribed in areas with active terrorism going on? I don't know that, I'm only surmising, but I really can't imagine another reason.

I wish someone would just ask her directly. This goes right to the "devoting her entire life to women and children" meme.

Piling on my dislike for all things Clinton. Last February, Clinton campaign hosting fundraisers in Mexico

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's campaign is [...] expanding its offshore money operation one day after the New Hampshire primary.
...
One of the co-hosts of the fundraising dinner is Wal-Mart lobbyist Ivan Zapien, who relocated to Mexico with the company in 2015. Clinton served on the board of Wal-Mart from 1986-1992.

Been in California since before NAFTA. My experience, in my view Democrats and Clinton broke the economy forever, everything here has been in decline since the really shitty trade deals started. Except a few people got stinking rich and huge (low-wage) industries were created to "support" the new poor. "Doing good by doing well"? Nope, that is pure B.S. propaganda.

Fight for 50 cents

The icy wind that seeps in from outside shakes the flame beneath a pot of boiling beans. Gregoria Medina, 34, has stopped washing the dishes she used for breakfast and has placed them on a plastic tray at the opposite end of the stove. "Many years ago they stopped seeing us as people to instead see us as robots," she said, referring to her bosses.

It's been two months since Gregoria and 75 other workers at the printer giant Lexmark were fired and threatened with legal action after waging a strike to demand a daily wage increase of 9 pesos — about 50 cents — that had been promised to them over the summer.

Gregoria's house consists of a kitchen without tap water and another wider and colder room where she has only two beds. At night the room is shared by her elderly parents, an older brother who is mentally challenged, her 14-year-old daughter and two boys aged 17 and 8, along with her husband, who is a worker in another maquila. Her parents came here in search of the promised land when Gregoria was 4 years old, just as Juárez experienced its first industrial boom, thanks to a disastrous devaluation of the peso against the dollar and a plan concocted with the International Monetary Fund to reorient the city’s production toward attracting foreign investment in order to avoid a financial downfall.
...
Years ago, the multinationals implemented a system of bonuses in order to avoid raising real salaries. The “bonuses” can be exchanged for food, although they rarely exceed 100 pesos a week — about $7. Bonuses are also given out for punctuality and attendance records, meaning workers become ineligible if they miss a day of work. “They are bonuses that do not generate anything for a base salary, to contribute to Social Security, and with that you’ll have elderly people dying of hunger in a few years,” said Susana Prieto, a labor attorney representing the 76 workers.
...
Juárez was molded to the reality of the past 40 years both externally and by the very heart of the maquila. In 1996 — after the signing of NAFTA and the devaluation that nearly crashed the Mexican economy — management positions within the industry ceased to be carried out by U.S. employees sent from their U.S. headquarters. Instead a class of Mexican professionals was trained to oversee the production plants. They are, according to Prieto, the ones who built the current system of "slave labor" that caused the labor uprising at Lexmark, of which Gregoria and their 75 companions were part.

Solidarity with my "slave labor" sisters brothers and children!

P.S. Also during Clinton fundraising a prison riot happened in Monterey. Who knew the U.S. "certified" Mexican prisons? wtf?

Prisons officials say the Cereso No 3 in Ciudad Juárez has improved markedly and recently received US certification. During a visit by the Guardian, however, prison officials only allowed inmates to be interviewed in the presence of guards.

No Clintons No Trumps, No more Asshole(s) for President, I'm done.

Thanks

Giant Sucking Sound - Ross Perot 1992
Edit: Embedded the entire clip it is like the "good old days" to see three in a Presidential debate. I liked that town hall style even as scripted back then. I never considered voting for Perot, got snowed by Clinton's "feel your pain" propaganda. Can't remember ever voting for Dems second term, they always turncoat. D-diddly-done.

...I asked them how does it (the giant sucking sound) stop being disruptive? And that is, when their jobs come up from one dollar an hour to six, and ours goes down to six dollars an hour, then it's level again. But in the mean time you've wrecked the country with these kinds of deals.

Who keeps signing "these kinds of deals" where "level" means unequal share of productivity gains.

P.S. census.gov: Trade in Goods with Mexico Surpluses until 1995, deficits ever after. Who was that good for? Not me. The bosses.

…these dredged up compromises in her early legal career — proving she can be a dickhead, too — would not have quite the bite. (When did she do criminal defense?)

I'm reminded of the remarks I've read over the years about this badass personality that comes over her when she wants to bomb and kill some brown people somewhere and overthrow their government. They say her speech patterns get all "manly" around men, especially when mingling with the imperial savages at CENTCOM.

Meh. Not that it changes anything. I don't believe there are undecided voters in the US. Not now. In fact, I think the country is brimming with mystery voters who ain't talking or flashing political bling this time around.

The only thing I can't figure out is whether the turnout will be massive, or the lowest on record.

Any predictions?

I've been blogging about this case:

http://chaseplace.wordpress.com

I obtained the microfilmed docket entries (not previously posted online) and they show that Hillary's motion for a psychiatric examination of the victim was denied.

Contrary to what has been claimed elsewhere, there was no ruling excluding any forensic evidence.
