Information as to why Judicial Watch was granted permission
to depose John Bentel, the State Department’s former Director of Information Resource Management of the Executive Secretariat. His lies go to the 'heart' of the Clinton email server scandal, the secrecy, the lies, and the cover-up of what really was said and done.

Judicial Watch requested Bentel’s deposition as part of a request for additional discovery into the Clinton email matter.
In U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan’s August 19, 2016, ruling granting the Judicial Watch’s request, the judge cited sigificant discrepancies in Bentel previous statements on the Clinton non-state.gov email system:
The Court is persuaded that Mr. Bentel should be deposed because the record in this case appears to contradict his sworn testimony before the [House Select] Benghazi Committee. . . . Specifically, Mr. Bentel testified that he was not aware that Secretary Clinton’s email account was housed on a private server until media reports in 2015. . . . However, several emails indicate Mr. Bentel knew about the private server as early as 2009.
Judge Sullivan also wrote that Bentel should be deposed because a May, 2016 Inspector General’s report found:
Mr. Bentel told employees in his office that Secretary Clinton’s email arrangement had been approved by the State Department’s legal staff and also instructed his subordinates not to discuss the Secretary’s email again:
In one meeting, one staff member raised concerns that information sent and received on Secretary Clinton’s account could contain Federal records that needed to be preserved in order to satisfy Federal recordkeeping requirements. According to the staff member, the Director stated that the Secretary’s personal system had been reviewed and approved by Department legal staff and that the matter was not to be discussed any further. . . . According to the other S/ES-IRM staff member who raised concerns about the server, the Director stated that the mission of S/ES-IRM is to support the Secretary and instructed the staff never to speak of the Secretary’s personal email system again.

So far everyone connected with the Clinton creature while she was SOS has been caught lying their asses off about the email system set up to cater to her arrogant ass. How the hell many times do people get to lie about their actions and or to tell people to hide information from the Congress, the media, or the people who they are supposed to serve?

Late 2010: A State Department official falsely claims Clinton’s computer system has legal approval and warns staffers never to speak of the issue again.
Two members of Clinton’s senior executive staff will later claim they discussed their concerns about Clinton’s use of a personal email address, each in a separate meeting with John Bentel, the director of the Office of the Executive Secretariat for Information Resource Management.
In one of those meetings, Bentel says that Clinton’s personal communication system has been reviewed and approved by the department’s legal staff and that the matter is not to be discussed any further. However, a later State Department inspector general investigation will find no evidence that any department lawyers ever make such a review.
The other staff member who raised concerns about the server is told by Bentel that the mission of his office is to support Clinton and, in the words of a May 2016 inspector general report, “instruct[s] the staff never to speak of the Secretary’s personal email system again.”
Bentel will later claim he has no memory of any of these issues and will refused to be interviewed by any investigators. (US Department of State, 5/25/2016) (Yahoo News, 5/25/2016)

It's starting to add up!
A real shit storm for the Clintons is on its way. Cannot come too soon or be too shitty.
it could be,
if it's >500 people shitting every 20 minutes for the next 40 years.
that's the long game though.
and you'd have to be downwind.

I dunno if downwind matters
I dunno if downwind matters in a shitstorm, but it might be worthwhile to watch it anyway.
I wonder if that was why the Clinton's house (or one of them, at any rate,) was toilet-papered, as was shown in a pic posted somewhere on here... some smaller donors, perhaps, doing what they can for them, prior to the completion of their self-flush.
Edited because I changed tense in an overly relaxed manner. And reedited because I think I need to break down and take a headache pill after all...

Wondering if both corporate parties are about to try replacing their candidate with less un-nominated less-obvious evils who nobody will have time to find out about? Brace for the utterly necessary massive protests over that - would be great if the ruckus scared some sense into the Dems and they let Bernie have the nomination he freaking won in the first place.

She was given permission (?) on taking the responsibility of SoS
to hire below in State, a new thing for State.Given the information above, there may have been many placed there by her. Anyone got hiring lists for State then? --new query to the FB group.
Hey! my dear friends or soon-to-be's, JtC could use the donations to keep this site functioning for those of us who can still see the life preserver or flotsam in the water.
Bentel warned Hellery that if she used State Department IT
her email would be "subject to FOIA searches".
The Naked Security link also says Clintonemail.com was under attack (multiple times) and had to be shutdown overnight.
So Hellery's line "It was never hacked." Doesn't mean it wasn't attacked. And given the dumbasses running her server , how would they know if attackers got in or not.

It doesn't really matter to me
What matters to me is that significant consequences are imposed. If it were me, they'd lock me up for life. Perhaps I'm being a bit dramatic. In any event, they've got to pay for their actions. Period.

Some food for thought
At any IT position I've ever held, if I had setup an external email server and then used that as my primary work email, I'd have been fired summarily for security policy violation. Honestly, I can't even imagine the conversation going far beyond, "You did what??? Come with me, we're going down to HR."
The thing that nobody is really discussing on this case is network security. IT Geeks make firewalls for a reason.

There's a fair amount of evidence that HRC
committed a case of what Bill Black calls "control fraud" which is basically policies and procedures are corrupted from the top or by those in control and they manage to subvert standard practices and even the ethos of an entire organization in order to forward their own gains. Doesn't that sound like what happened here? "Oh, it's okay, because that's the way the Secretary wants it".
This whole thing unraveled when someone in State actually complied with a Benghazi Committee request for info and turned over an email in which Hillary was a part of a chain that revealed her private email, something that had not been shared previously. It's interesting that this happened AFTER Hillary and her interference running minions were out of the joint.
But, then what happens? State apparently enters into "negotiations" with HRC and her staff to reclaim her official communications, which is really government property and subject to the Federal Records Act and FOIA. And somewhere along the line it is decided by some people in this discussion that a cover story has to be concocted that allows HRC to turn over this stuff on the QT and not to single her out as the only miscreant SOS, so then we get the whole "DOS asked all the former SOSs to check their records for any emails they might like to turn back to State as part of the official record" and then Hillary supposedly responds and says "Oh, look here, while rummaging around in my secret private server, my people happened to notice about 30,000 emails mixed in with my yoga routines and what not, but we'll be be happy to sort through them and return them to you. So kind of you to ask."
And then that became a standard part of her recitation of the Return of the Emails - "State asked not just me but every former SOS for their emails and I complied right away and I asked them to show you, my adoring public ALL of those emails. Nobody ever in the history of government has ever been more transparent than me, Hillary Rodham Clinton."
The whole thing is really pretty ridiculous. But the upshot is that a number of other people had to sacrifice established standards of practice and possibly even some personal integrity in order to comply with the desire for secrecy and opaqueness which HRC thought was her right as a public servant.

I wonder...
If a Clinton employee would be able to safely and voluntarily resign?
