It doesn't do me any good anyway. Never has. Never will. I'm like this guy. Very little pleasure in doing most things and damned even when I try to do something 'useful'. It's all in vain.
So, like I said, I'll just shut up for a while.

It is hard to feel frustrated and believe
if you could just explain it right, it might get fixed.

sometimes venting can be in vain...
depending on its direction. Being frustrated at the world condition is pretty sane given our reality. Expecting that ranting helps that insane situation is an exercise in frustration.
On the other hand, relieving the pressure of bad experiences with a righteous rant is a good and necessary thing. Aim outbursts at release, and take care not to burn others with your understandable outrage. Silence may not be the best strategy.
That's my two cents.

Please don't 'shut up' here, though!
I hope you weren't including here?
Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.
A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.
