Hillary spent more than twice as much as Bernie did in KY

http://www.bostonherald.com/news/us_politics/2016/05/hillary_clinton_cam...

Clinton is spending about $325,000 on Kentucky ads. Sanders, after seeing her reserve airtime, followed with $126,000 in ads, according to advertising tracker Kantar Media's CMAG.

So the Clinton fanbase has been lying all along. They wanted to put out the narrative that Clinton "stopped buying ads" to create false perception that she pivoted to trump. it would reset expectations for her campaign.

Well, that was a lie.

TOP has finally purged enough Berners and neutrals to the point that they can push any libel they want against Bernie without opposition. It's just a Fox News echo chamber there now. Apparently authoritarianism isn't just a right wing urge--it's an american urge. Just look at the fake progressives engaging in it.

For all the circlejerking about Nader, they omit the fact that 300,000 FL dems voted for the GOP instead of Gore. Or that Gore lost his own home state. Or that Gore wasn't a great stumper. Etc.

Revisionist history, now the tool of both the GOP and the DLC Dems at TOP and corporate media.

My favorite part right now? This:

Hillary shills think that loud protests = violence.

so much white privilege there, not sure where to start

By throwing the entire kitchen sink at bernie in their echo chamber, the faux progressives are giving support to a corporate media narrative.

FACT: even if Bernie never ran, Clinton is weak and would have still struggled to get support from Independents and progressives.

facts are inconvenient, though, for Team hillary.

Recently, a shill at TOP got riled up when I compared the oligarchy supporting trump in usa to the conditions in Phillippines, which elected the Filipino version of Trump. In statistical ranking, the US and Phillippines have been about equal for a while.

The shill says: "oh you don't know what REAL poverty is".

You know, it's as Fox News says: if you have a refrigerator, you're not 'really poor'.

We are witnessing the destruction of the so-called 'democratic' party into the new Moderate Republican Party. There is not even a two party system in USA anymore. It's just the Republicans and the Batshit Crazies.

There used to be excellent photo-journalists who documented the poverty and extreme conditions within the US. This needs to be done again. People have fooled themselves into believing that everything is "okay" here becasue they don't SEE it.

Sure both Sanders and HRC toured some miserable housing, but who has visited with the homeless on the streets or gone to the areas where people are living on $2 a day? Where are the pictures of our current soup kitchens? These pictures and stories need to be shoved in people's faces just like the body bags during Vietnam were.

The melding of two parties into one--both right of center--will do nothing to address these problems.

Somewhat off topic, I know, but blindness to Truth just brings out the rant in me.

Yes she is weak and would be struggling anyway. I told some Hillary supporters on my FB page that I thought she would continue to fall in the national poll all summer. Depending on how bad the Sanders delegation is treated in Philly will also determine how fast she drops after the convention.

A vision of her and Bill being a partnership running the country does rub many the wrong way. It is campaign like that hurts her.

But the MSM and the colluding DNC seem to want the "Pro-Wrestling" style event: "Ladies and Gentlemen! tonight in this very ring we have the battle you all have been waiting for! Weighing in with his own finances and minimal support from his own party, the Churl of New York, Trumpenstein!" cheers, jeers and boos. "And in this corner, weighing in with bloodthirsty savagery, corporate and super-PAC money, Killareeeeeeeeeee!" some boos, some jeers, one cheer and crickets.

In it, two prominent figures of the day were pitted against each other to battle it out in a spectacle of extreme violence and gore. (After all, what deforms and comes apart more easily than figures made of plasticine clay? For good measure you can even festoon the ring with plasticine guts and gobbets, and often enough, the animators did.)

The satirical — and in hindsight, prescient — premise yields insight into the dark subconscious of the pop-culture and mass-media consuming American psyche.

The patter of the ringside announcers was more or less just as you describe.

Pretty much part of my little joke there, and the farce of TV Wrestling, and how it is a scripted affair for the most part. The MSM so wants it all to be Killary vs Drumpf, but the FBI may spoil it. IF it is after they nominate Killary then they have a problem, meanwhile Bernie could be free to go Indy, or coalition with the Greens and Working Families Party and work out a way to break through the chain link fence around DC.

But yeah, the whole feel to elections the last few cycles have felt more along the lines of WWE:Raw or Celebrity Death Match, as they are tossing us the political TV version of the coliseum days, I do find the parallels to the last days of Rome with the US interesting.
