Maybe not by the editors, but someone at Time did that on purpose. That cover is an amazingly accurate description of the Clintons. So full of hubris and entitlement along with lacking of empathy for everyone else.

The question I keep asking that I wish someone would ask Hillary, and that is why does she want to be President? We know why Bernie is probably running, but why does she want to be President. All we have heard thus far is we need a woman President, or that it is her time, or that she is inevitable. That tells me nothing about why she is running.

Over at GOS, NBBooks has a very good diary up on Hillary. It dissects what is wrong with the Democrats in general and how the Clintons and Obama are representative of those problems, particularly on the economic front. He then pivots to climate change and how Hillary's real constituency will be the very reason so little can be done to solve the pressing problems facing this nation. IMHO, if she is elected, we are totally screwed on the climate issue.

Pointing to Summers' recent remarks about avoiding "a politics of envy," Greider argues that it is going to be nearly impossible for Clinton to actually follow through on her new-found populist rhetoric because of "the practical problem of which political constituencies Democrats must be prepared to abandon this time—working people or financial contributors."

As is typical of many of the diaries that NBBooks writes, this one is heavily linked and somewhat academic. But it is well worth the read.
