C99 will be down periodically while I spend the day trying debug the cause of the recent slowdown. Obviously the web host maintenance from Thursday night is causing some glitches. I had hoped that our web host would straighten it out but that doesn't appear to be the case.

I received this several days ago. The intermittent outages this morning are probably related to this maintenance. As far as I know Putin has nothing to do with it.
