This Is What You Get From A Democratic Senator

Here's what you get when you inform your Democratic Senator of your feelings concerning one of Trump's disastrous nominees (I am not surprised in the least having had a discussion with this man about the rights of women to control their own bodies and much more - by the way, he thinks women have no rights in this regard because He was "raised as anti-abortion" and would "die as anti-abortion". Oh, how he disgusts me in so many ways):

Dear Mr. Dixon,

Thank you for contacting me and expressing your thoughts regarding President-elect Donald Trump’s nomination of Senator Jeff Sessions for Attorney General. Hearing from West Virginians is very important to me, and I truly appreciate the time you took to share your perspective with me.

As you may know, I have announced my intent to support Senator Sessions’ nomination to serve as our next Attorney General. As a member of the Senate since 2010, I have gotten to know Jeff Sessions both as a colleague and as a friend. I have enjoyed a productive working relationship with him and have found him to be a person that truly cares about improving our country. We are Americans first – not Republicans or Democrats – and I believe it is my job as your Senator to help our country succeed regardless of which party or person is in the White House.

As a former executive myself, I believe that the President should have a chance to pick his team. With that being said, I also take my Constitutional responsibility of advise and consent very seriously. Article II, Section II of the United States Constitution provides for a full review of certain Presidential appointments by the United States Senate to ensure our federal government is and will remain responsible to the people of our great nation. Please rest assured that I will keep your thoughts in mind throughout that process.

Again, thank you for taking the time to add your voice to this important discussion. If I may be of further assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact my office.

With warmest regards,

Joe Manchin III
Unites States Senator

@riverlover

I have gotten similar robo-responses from Schumer.

With all love and respect, how do you know they were robo-reponses?

Or, phrased another way, how do we know that Chuckie Schumer isn't a robot himself?

not what HE wants but what the people who hired him to REPRESENT them want.
