An example of students standing their ground
Everyone has seen the bonk video, but it's worth watching the full thing to see how Cal Poly kids pushed out riot cops. Look at the brave people in the front, faces literally pressed against shields! Look at how everyone's holding onto each other so no one can get grabbed away!

Agreed.
I admire their passion, and I hope that they stay safe and keep it going peacefully and calmly. I can feel this building up to another Kent State, though, and there are clearly enough agents provocateurs floating around out there to push that to happen.
I remember the protests where pallets of bricks mysteriously materialized in several locations around the State House and City Park in Denver the night before (not near any construction sites, of course), and equally mysteriously disappeared immediately afterwards.
Keep the faith, watch your six, and be safe out there!
