Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada is under mandatory evacuation tonight as wild fires move in. Between 60 and 80 thousand people are on the move, running from the flames.

Total Disclosure: I am a librarian at heart. I collect useful information and save it for posterity. It is part and parcel of my Green Witch/Wizard project.

Just one day after Japan suffered a second, and larger earthquake than the one that hit on Thursday, Ecuador has been hit with a very big quake... At least  77 people are dead and 500+ are injured, so far.
This is such a big story I think it deserves it's own thread. Keeping all of the info in one place where people can find it. I have gone back to some of the open threads and pulled links from there to add here to give a kind of timeline from last weekend forward... Feel free to add to the list....
