Afternoon folks!

This week in the blues category we've got an album from Detroit bluesman and former sideman to John Lee Hooker, Eddie Kirkland. Following that, there's a late 70's B.B. King album.

Moving on to blues-rock, there's a 1977 album from Bonnie Raitt, albums by The Pirates and The Electric Flag. Following that there's some spacey-trippy music from Hawkind and we finish up with an album from Doc Watson - something for everybody? I dunno. Hope so.

Afternoon folks!

It's been another good week for uploading music. This week there's a nice acoustic blues album by Larry Johnson on which he is accompanied on harmonica and slide guitar by John Hammond Jr. After that, there's a nice compilation album of Willie Mabon doing some fine Chicago blues. Following up is some blues rock with the Climax Blues Band, one of their early 70's albums when they strayed less from the blues style than later. Following that is another, my favorite album by Osibisa, a band from Ghana. Then there's some rockabilly with the Stray Cats and we finish up the week with a spacey-prog rock album from Hawkwind.
