The DNC has been corrupted. This is just proof of what we've been saying all along: the power brokers of the DNC are nothing but craven, power hungry assholes. I thank WikiLeaks for doing this -- there's never too much sunlight in government.

The RNC convention was a total shitshow, and I'm sure the DNC convention will be a shitshow in its very own way. Unity is just not happening, across the board. I wonder which loser Hillary Clinton will choose for VP: Tim Kaine or Tom Vilsack? Ugh or double ugh, that is the question.. If she picks somebody even remotely progressive (like Tom Perez), I will be shocked. I just did a search on Perez's name and it looks like there are scandals around the corner for Perez, so he's probably out of the question now.

One presumes by this point she is no longer using that email address.

It sounds like they've heard reports about closing polling stations through a Twitter account -- believe it's actor Tim Robbins -- and that they want to seek clarification from the Rhode Island Governor, a Clinton supporter, so that they can be on the same page.

If they need to ask for an explanation, that doesn't suggest coordination on the poll closures -- only with respect to their messaging about why poll stations are being closed.

On balance, however, the e-mails confirm what everyone knew -- that the DNC saw themselves as an extension of the Clinton campaign, and that beating Bernie was part of that mission.

I'm glad that I haven't given money in years to the DNC too, because it sounds like donor information was also compromised -- something that the DNC claimed had NOT happened.
