When I first saw Trump's tweet, for some reason it hit me as more of an insult to the U.S. - - That China was able to do it and get away with it I suppose is how I took it. A bully and lunch money kind of thing. I thought it was funny too (except the potential war part, ha).

If a ship in any Navy on Earth saw this thing swimming around, they would be at least 'concerned' about the safety of something that looks like a torpedo coming toward them. The prudent course would be to blow the thing up, but they captured it, and could possibly give it back...all $150,000 worth.

Instead of crying over the loss of their expensive toy, the US Navy should actually be happy. They will be able to buy an identical drone next year at a quarter of the cost from Alibaba.
