Breaking news about Hillary's private server

This could be a start of a well planned operation to get people used to the idea that Hillary may in fact be indicted. This is of course https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&... too short to be an essay, but too important for a comment.

WASHINGTON — The State Department’s inspector general sharply criticized Hillary Clinton’s exclusive use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, saying she had not sought permission to use it and would not have received it if she had.

In a report delivered to members of Congress on Wednesday, the inspector general said that Mrs. Clinton “had an obligation to discuss using her personal email account to conduct official business” with officials responsible for handling records and security but that inspectors found “no evidence” that she had.

--snip--

But it called into question the security risk of using a private server for what were clearly sensitive discussions of the nation’s foreign policy. It noted that Mrs. Clinton sent or received most of the emails that traversed her serve from a mobile device, her Blackberry.

Security and records management officials told the inspector general’s office that “Secretary Clinton never demonstrated to them that her private server or mobile device met minimum information security requirements,” the report said.

The report also disclosed an attempt to hack into Mrs. Clinton’s server in January 2011.

It said a “nondepartmental adviser” to Bill Clinton – apparently Bryan Pagliano – informed the department that he had shut down the server because “someone was trying to hack us and while they did not get in i didn’t want to let them have a chance.”

The attack continued later that day, prompting another official to write to two of Mrs. Clinton’s top aides, Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan, to warn them not to send Mrs. Clinton “anything sensitive.” She explained that she would “explain more in person.”

"Religion is what keeps the poor from murdering the rich."--Napoleon

that would be poetic justice....

However, sad to say, I think that the Clinton's have the money and political connections and international connections through their money laundering central, the Clinton Foundation, to act like the Mafia bosses they are. And that is my opinion.

Of course, I would be delighted if justice were served. But justice seems to be reserved these days for us paens.

in what looks to be a coordinated action with feeds and leaks to the media (see, e.g., scoop on FBI investigation of Clinton Machine insider Terry McAuliffe the day after he had a big-bucks fundraiser with Hillary).

Now we watch to see if Biden becomes even more prominent in background or visible in foreground.

how will they handle this cognitive dissonance? tut, tut...

Of course by denial.... right to the end...and blame everyone else.

Hey, this must be the fault of Bernie Supporters? Somehow, someway. Maybe the govt listened to the Sander's supporters criticizing Billary too much and found out too much info from them. See? I now know who to blame?

After numberless times of saying that she didn't want the inconvenience of carrying two devices (which considering she also packed along an iPad, iPod and something else i forgot), she volunteers to carry a second device:

Mrs. Clinton, however, replied that she would consider a separate address or device “but I don’t want any risk of the personal being accessible.

One of my tweets was along the lines of "She cannot handle two email accounts, but can run the country?"

She didn't want wedding plans and yoga routines "accessible"? Yeah.

I read the the Sate Department was getting a lot of heat--something about some missing emails from HRC--so maybe it seems better to let her stew than take the blame on the whole department and hence the Obama administration.

"... Mrs. Clinton’s motivation for using the private server, which she has said was set up for convenience ... [of avoiding the law, like FOIA and records keeping!]"

... The report also criticized Mrs. Clinton for not adhering to the department’s rules for handling records under the Federal Records Act once she stepped down in January 2013.

“Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department’s policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act,” the report said.

The inspector general also said that while Mrs. Clinton had turned over her email, she had not included those she sent and received in her first months as secretary from January to April 2009. ...

What part of convenience doesn't that reporter understand? What part of convenience doesn't the FBI, and the unwashed masses understand? You all are annoying gnats that are now attempting to inconvenience the Queen!
