The Members Exchange (MEMX), an independently owned stock exchange, went fully live last October, although it's been operating for two years. Working within this stock exchange is MEMX LLC, which is an SRO (Self-Regulatory Organization). It says that it is independent.

I have just finished watching a two hour plus Roundtable Discussion about the current situation in Ukraine, hosted by Gonzalo Lira, Larry Johnson, Andrei Martyanov and Alexander Mercouris. If you are interested enough in coming to a better understanding of Russia’s Special Military Operation in Ukraine to spend 2+ hours with a well qualified group of analysts exchanging their perspectives, I can not think of a more thought provoking venue.

On Monday the bird watching group I'm in had it's monthly outing at Mission Trails Regional Park. I think somebody forgot to let the birds know we were going to be there because we didn't see that many birds this month and most of what we did see was not in camera range. Oh well. Some days you bite the bear and some days the bear bites you. At least a few other critters were good enough stop by and say hi.
