It is supposed to be enforced by HUD...but that requirement did not foresee the Trump Administration.

Some of these things exist in those countries that do have universal health coverage. In the past I have written about some of these things such as Electronic Health Records (EHR). To day we will discuss the administrative burden of running a medical practice, regardless of who pays.

An entire Nation allowed him to have this power. Many in that Nation are foolish enough to excuse themselves because they did not vote for him. It is this level of lack of understanding that made him president.
