U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan issued an order Wednesday approving the taking of depositions for the discovery plan agreed to by the State Department and Judicial Watch regarding Hillary Clinton's emails. Commencing immediately, the discovery phase is slated to end by late June, right before the July convention. It is unclear if Clinton's aides will cooperate, including Mr. Pagliano, who installed the private server and was granted immunity by the Justice Department.
