Proposal--Our Party

Okay--getting crazy for a moment here . . .

Let's organize a new political party right here starting with the people at this site.

We have a bunch of dedicated and intelligent people here, some who might have good organizing abilities. Since we're the ones discussing it, instead of just griping, we're the ones who need to make it happen.

Rant. This is just a rant by a dude in a room in a house. It's just a long comment so don't sweat it. I was going to write about how I am interested in a new political system because the one we have sucks. But I've done that before on this blog and it didn't turn out so well. People either don't want a new political system or think it simply can't happen therefore it's a stupid fucking idea, magic fairy dust stuff.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, who has been looking into the FBI’s investigation of Clinton, said federal investigators were given access to Mills’ computer but only condition that the FBI’s findings could not used against her, the AP reports.

Where do I start? Ah, I know. Right-to-work. In this 50 second clip of her (hopefully) closed circuit address to labor, she tells them how she will fight against the scourge of working folk, right-to-work laws. Now is this right-to-work different from the right-to-work that her hand picked vice presidential nominee, Tim Kaine, both supported and signed into law as Virginia's governor?

Disability Caucus 9/22/2016: Transportation Concerns (And Trying Out Uber for the First Time)

So today the old lady and I had our first experience with Uber because my mother-in-law wasn't available to bring us to Urgent Care (Our county school board is riding her like hell with regards to training teachers). The experience wasn't bad and the drivers did their job well even with the minor traffic jam on the way home. We'll probably use them for trips we might have to make on our own that we can't do so by golf cart.

You don’t need a weatherman to know which way the winds will blow after November: Wall Street, the War Machine, The Corporate Borg will still run the joint, only moreso.

Though dead as a dinosaur, the current system still has its legs kicking, and will for the foreseeable future. The power class not only fails to understand that their Wars and Money Love have led to not only massive failures, but that their visions and plans are literally insane.
