Thanks for the vid clip. A good background on law enforcement profiling. The whole notion of making lists of protesters as a kernel to be shared with the feebs and 'fusion centers' sorta smacks in the face of our rights of assembly and free speech.

Documented evidence is helpful to understand the scope of this questionable practice.

Thanks for the OT.

Buffalo elects a socialist, and then this happens.
We can't let the workers think they have a say

Could Buffalo become a city without a mayor?

The Buffalo Common Council is studying a change in the city’s form of government which would abolish the office of mayor.

University councilman Rasheed Wyatt says Buffalo is one of the poorest cities in the country, and it has been that way for more than 40 years.

Governance at City Hall has also been the same and Wyatt says it is time to change.

“I think it would be insane for us to continue with this same form of government that has not yielded the results that we would have thought,” Wyatt said.

Wyatt says Buffalo should look at changing its form of governance, abolishing the office of mayor in favor of a city manager who answers to the common council.

@gjohnsit

but once it was disclosed, it was an obvious strategy for the entrenched power elite to bring forth.
If your form of government hasn't delivered, maybe the council needs replacement and/or restructuring Mr. Wyatt, did you consider that?

That, in its essence, is fascism--ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power. -- Franklin D. Roosevelt --

It's important that folks understand the scope of these dragnet operations. One could almost say that if you're over a certain age you are almost certainly on at least one list. If you ever parked at or near a park of other place where lefties or dopers hung out, or where there was a demonstration, whether you attended or not, you are probably on a list. Some of it is actually pretty ridiculous. If there is someplace you regularly go on business or personal business and you always go early and just hang out nearby until your designated time, the hanging out gets you on a list to "find out what they'er up to" and once they do, you stay on the last as "somebody we looked into for something". The amount of detail will vary all over the map, but the listing is damn near ubiquitous.
