Helpless? Nah. Grassroots Divest Push v Wall Street War Profiteers

Remember how the divest movement helped end apartheid in South Africa?

More recently divest being used against fossil fuels has brought ‘undeniable success.’

Why not use it to rein in the out of control war profitteers ?

Seems like these days all many of us can do is rail against the war machine. Hopelessness prevails. ‘What can you do? They control everything.’ I have always admired the people who refused to pay income tax /protestors because it feeds the war machine, even going to prison as a consequence.

Now with events making it seem that things are more hopeless than ever, love to see people standing up a creative campaign for action.
