Album of the Week 7-18-26
Afternoon folks!
Here we go! Starting off we have an album from blues and r&b guitarist Little Milton during his 1960's Chess records period followed by an acoustic blues album from Eddie Kirkland. After that we have an album from harmonica player Charlie Musselwhite. Then we give the drummer some with an album from Buddy Miles who is known for performing with, among others, The Electric Flag and Jimi Hendrix. Finishing off we've got some 80's prog rock with a group called Asia that featured the guitarist from Yes, Steve Howe and the drummer from Emerson, Lake and Palmer, Carl Palmer.
Enjoy the tunes and have a great weekend!
Here 'tis:
Little Milton ~ We're Gonna Make It
Eddie Kirkland ~ Front And Center
Charles Musselwhite ~ Memphis, Tennessee

Asia on their playlists, so it was fun to revisit that era.
Great album artwork on several of your choices too.
Thanks!

afternoon qms...
asia, despite having lots of talented musicians in the lineup over the years, never acheived much airplay or popularity, so i'm not surprised that you can't find their work. the album cover was what caught my eye in the record store years ago and was done by the fellow that did most of the later yes album artwork, roger dean. he does some pretty amazing artwork.
have a good one!
