I have been watching these videos this past week. Russell had an extremely addictive past, being addicted to heroin, crack, alcohol, and porn. Wow. But now he is using these same techniques to break his addiction to his phone. His raw honest rendition of the 12 steps is pretty amazing.
Everyone has addictions. You might just be addicted to the voice in your head.
I signed up to watch these for personal reflection. It's good.
