Ah, beer. The cause of and the solution to all of life’s problems.
- Homer Simpson -

The pop culture, social media driven, control the narrative media onslaught is funkin' irritating. However, in the spirit of owning myself, beer'o'clock is coming.

Come along! I know a place where we can escape.

I have just the prescription for escaping the reality enforcement cacophony.

Come along.

Funk all the media noise.

Have a great weekend! The thread is OPEN.

I'm leaving on a jet plane in a couple of hours so beer o'clock really IS right around the corner! Off to my brother's for a family matter - a fun one.

Got a lot of travel on my plate this summer. Looking forward to the many diversions to come. This fkn world is grating on me.

Have a soulful day and weekend, folks! Pleasantry

Never heard this, but I KNEW there had to be a song called It's Five O'Clock Somewhere and probably a country song. ("O, my prophetic soul!" Shakespeare's Hamlet)

Enjoy your weekend.

@detroitmechworks Two beer Tim. I usually bake before heading out, and sip beer while enjoying other people's company.

upon us. That makes this the last day to get anything done (beyond the obligatory and inescapable farmers' market mañana). The continuing saga of yard work and house work looms in the foreground, however, because vacations seem to cause exponential growth in things to do upon ones return. Still a bit cool for beer weather here, or even sangria, but there is still good old red wine.

A lot of wanderers in the U.S. political desert recognize that all the duopoly has to offer is a choice of mirages. Come, let us trudge towards empty expanse of sand #1, littered with the bleached bones of Deaniacs and Hope and Changers.
