In my opinion, we should not allow being a billionaire to be a good thing. That will greatly increase the chances of there being trillionaires on this planet. That will not be a good thing.

I assume you realize that only the last two instructions are really relevant at all. People make smart investments, invent solutions, pursue their passions, act and collaborate until Bill Gates' cows all come home, but they live and die poor.

Exactly.
You have to be able to ignore your impact on society and people and rationalize your actions as a good thing. That's what sociopaths do. You really do have to be a sociopath or completely deluded, say like Lebron James, who wants to be a billionaire.
I constantly find myself thinking...
Do I really NEED this much space? I mean, my kids both have their own room, and I've got a place to sleep and spend time with SO K and SO M...
The bathroom is small, but I don't really need a tub, and the kitchen has actual food in it, and it doesn't matter that much that one burner on the stove needs to be whacked a few times before it heats up...
I admit, I have the wrong attitude to be rich. I've avoided going to the hospital because I don't want to use up resources that should be going to sicker people... (Ignoring of course, that when I need to go to the hospital, I AM one of those sicker people.)
My kids are getting a decent education, and my daughter is in the Honor Choir. I have an older computer that I built myself, and I don't need the latest doo-dads... (I still don't have a smart phone, and probably will never get one. Even the kids Gaming system is 12 years old.) About the only thing I really want right now is a little more disposable income so my son can take Kung-fu. (He can use the exercise, and the discipline. He's a good kid but needs some serious focus training which I can't really help with.)
I mean, I'm not perfectly happy. Wish my debt was paid off and that I could go to school without the state taking away every benefit... But I have enough, and I am content. Content enough that I would happily finish my life where I am right now. (Ok, maybe a few more SO's, but that's because I'm a poly and relationships are kinda like a hobby to me.)
So, yeah, my dream isn't a dozen mansions and more wealth than I can ever spend. I may be a dragon in the zodiac, but I sure as hell ain't one in my wealth habits.

I can't see even wanting to be a billionaire, never mind a trillionaire. On the other hand, as a trillionaire, I could bribe whole governments into going socially democratic... still, though, I'd rather have an actual semblance of democracy back.
Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.
A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.
