Emailgate, round 5--Bryan "the Connection" Pagliano

Good evening emailgate fans. Technically, this series of Judicial Watch FOIA-based depositions should now be named Emailgate 1.0 because of a brand-new Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) email scandal, which should rightly be titled Emailgate 2.0. However for the sake of clarity, we will continue to refer to the earlier scandal simply as emailgate. Looking forward to the deposition of the IT guy who installed and probably transferred secret documents onto Medusa's home server, many of us had hoped for lots of light to be shed on the devious, dark ways of Her Eminence-in-Waiting. Alas, such gratification is to be denied us us. Quoting from The Hill: Brian "the Connection" Pagliano's deposition was not full of sound and fury.

Instead it was like a dirge, solely consisting of a single chorus, drawn from an obscure, often subverted document. The chorus, like Beethoven's Fifth, is still powerful: the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Battling Bryan resorted to this plaintive braying (as is his right) more than 100 times. So, unfortunately, there will not be a marathon summary of this deposition forthcoming from the Alligator Lagoon.

Unlike in criminal cases, judges in civil suits are allowed to draw inferences from a witness’s decision not to answer questions, potentially increasing the likelihood that Clinton herself is asked to testify as part of the Judicial Watch lawsuit. Clinton’s campaign would surely vigorously oppose any request for her to appear, and the event could dramatically shake up the presidential race.

Now, I, for one, would love to hear Hilarious's aria as it becomes much more likely that a command performance in front of Judge Emmett Sullivan will be requested. Of course, there will be at least two warm-up acts before the main solo: expect dramatic arias, both sung in false-etto, by Huma Abedin and Patrick Kennedy.

I can hardly wait for that concert! Now I shall briefly celebrate with my own fifth (bourbon, of course). Cheers!

here are a couple of videos--Fox, of course, as the "liberal" media is ignoring anything that might interfere with their profits--that reveal some questions some emailgate fans may not have thought of. The second video has a bit of repetition but poses some interesting questions before and after.

Funny ain't it, when we have to rely on Fox Spews to get some semblance of the truth about HRC and her bad habits...

the FBI has granted full immunity in the criminal investigation? If so, I would imagine he doesn't want to trip himself up with answers that don't match up with what he told the Feds.

Also, one of the things I'm hanging my hopes on is the fact he was granted full immunity. From what I understood from the lawyers at LOF during Chris Christie's (now seemingly forgotten) scandals, the Feds don't grant full immunity unless they expect to land a much, much bigger fish.

So, poor Brian only got "partial immunity" - what does that mean?
Cheryl Mills is THE most powerful lawyer and more than bff sycophant in HillaryLand. Expect her to be the one standing in front of the oncoming tank in the revolution!

Alligator Ed - I wanna read YOUR book on this when you write it Smile
Medusa, Her Eminence-in-Waiting.
Really - spurgled my hot green tea all over the computer keys. Worth it tho, to read your reporting.

BTW: now read Faux News, and ( get ready for it) Drudge to find out what's happening. Seriously, it has come to this.

Very clever AE. I sure hope they call medusa to testify. I bet she'll have several hundred fifths!

This is quite clever writing. I am very much enjoying your recaps of the testimony in the civil trial, even when the witness takes the Fifth 125 times. I can hardly wait for your next installment. Thanks for wading through this stuff so we do not have to. Good

Do I hear the sound of guillotines being constructed?

That gator picture you have looks like one of our southern beauties. Smile That's what some wag of a FL historian calls the female gators. Males, of course, are called bulls. LOL. You have a fan club over at TPW. I can see why. Your nicknames for $hrill are a scream! The mythological medusa is prettier than $hrill IMO. Rec'd!
